Between last month and this month we have been interstate to Alice Springs and back. We took our new van and while in Alice Springs decided to buy a bigger car to tow the van back home. We needed to change it’s registration over and the rest of the photos show the trips to Adelaide and the usual stuff at home. Take 12 photos on the 12th of the month showing your day. Today is a Monday.

Anguish! I cannot find the majority of my photos taken on 12th October 2018. I can only find some taken in a batch and one I had uploaded on a different site that I was able to download again. Today was a Friday and I had lunch with my friend Elaine at the Goolwa Hotel. Everything at home is in dis-array as we get ready to go away to Alice Springs next week. I am sorry I can’t show you what was going on at home other than Zac being super excited that Dave was going to take him for a walk.

Today is a Wednesday and a lot has happened since last month. A simple thing like walking the dog 9 days ago resulted in 2 breaks in a finger (note to self, don’t loop dog lead around fingers/hand, especially when dog lunges) and surgery 5 days ago (3 screws and 2 screws holding the bones now) has put me in a hand splint. I woke during the night (as it becoming the norm with my hand) and looked in on a nesting pair of falcons in Melbourne via a webcam. David and I had a meeting organised for today in Adelaide (nothing to do with my hand) and he is driving me around. Afterwards we stopped in to see family (and I forgot to take a photo!) and then travelled back home in the city traffic.
